Kashi Art Residency

To be considered for a residency at Kashi you should send 10-15 images of your work, a current biodata and brief note of what you hope to accomplish while in residency. Residency is strictly based on merit.  Stays from 1 to 3 months are the norm. You should indicate you preferred length of stay and time frame.  Young Indian nationals are provided a modest stipend to cover basic expenses during your stay.   There is no guarantee of sharing your work publicly, but rather the emphasis is on creative processes. 

International artists interested in the residency program are also given consideration on a merit basis, with the same conditions, but we do not provide a stipend, rather a modest monthly rent for the space is required.  We are happy to provide official invitations or other paperwork to assist in the grant applications invited artists may try to procure from thier own countries.
